Overall the location of Aewol Stay during our trip to Jeju was excellent. Itโ€™s at the beach front, the room sizes are excellent. The property is on the older side but thatโ€™s not necessary a bad thing, just donโ€™t expect the Ritz Carlton. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good no frills place with convenience and a beautiful view. Parking was very easy~

Very accommodating staff and beautiful location. Showed up a little early just to drop off our bags, but staff actually allowed us to check in before our scheduled check in time! Excellent service from the front desk. Staff left additional supplies and necessities at the door when we left our Do Not Disturb sign at the door as well. Definitely recommend.

Aewol Stay was one of the worst stays Iโ€™ve had. Dirty room. Front desk workers overnight clearly donโ€™t care about any issues or concerns you have. I had Expedia contact the hotel to get a refund for a future reservation I wanted to cancel and no response whatsoever.

Clean room and amazing staff. We couldn't figure out the water drain on the sink and one of the staff came up and showed us how. He was very kind and understanding.
