It was myself and 2 of my elementary school friends! We made an escape from our lives for a night before my nephew’s fishing tournament on Lake O the Pines (a beautiful lake everyone needs to visit!) The house was small and perfect! We couldn’t do any star gazing because of the over cast but we did enjoy the outdoor area! Downtown Jefferson is an amazing place to visit as well! We are already planning a full weekend since this visit was only one night!!

Cute tiny home outside of Jefferson, perfect place for quiet relaxation. Had all the basics of home. We loved just sitting on the porch at night and walked the property for exercise. We were happy driving the country roads and seeing wildlife. We took in Gladewater, Marshall, Jefferson and a 2 hour boat ride on Caddo Lake with the Ole Jigger. Fantastic weekend, close to everything we wanted to do and see. The host was super too.

This property is a good deal! It's cute, clean and the host is very attentive and responsive. We were allowed to bring our dog, which is a big plus. It's a short drive out of Jefferson, where you get a country feel but also close to town. We would recommend this place for your east Texas stay!
