Dated room, excellent staff

The hotel has a very nice lobby and restaurant, the staff were all helpful and kind, some spoke English but even if they don’t they get the gist of your requests The room was daaaatttteeeddd, had no window and had a massive toilet, it was rather uncomfortable, but we only stayed 1 night, so it was bearable. I’d pay more maybe and get a better room. We did opt for the cheaper room because of the short stay.

This was a horrendous experience. I arrived after midnight, taxi couldn't find the property, called their phone listed on Expedia, no one answered and I ended up staying for one night at a different hotel. When I showed up the next day I was told that my reservation was cancelled and had to make a new reservation at a higher price. Also, I didn't get a refund for my cancelled reservation. The AC in my room was so loud I had to turn it off so that I can sleep. Carpet in the TV area was filthy to say the least. Staff was very nice and the neighborhood is lively.

Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff!

This property was just renovated. My room had very modern furniture and lighting and it was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly and always willing to help. A big thank you to Safwat, the hotel manager, for going out of his way to show me around the property and for giving me his phone number in case I needed something. He spoke excellent English and he was always available!

Nice room

Our room was very nice , I booked the suit with one bedroom king bed and the other one twin beds, I liked everything the check in and out was easy although I arrived earlier , the only thing I didn’t like the room cleaning service they don’t come to clean your room unless you ask for it also the room needs a microwave and utensils.

This hotel is right on the corner of the main boulevard. The area is full of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place. I wish they had their own restaurant.

Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble

Chambre avec lit double assez étroite contrairement à la salle de bain qui est immense et de style moderne (douche italienne, ...). Literie un peu dure. Connection wifi très bonne et individuelle par chambre.
