For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (8 x 5 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2.6 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava" 200 m. Sports harbour 300 m, golf course (9 hole) 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
