Private: garden 950 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (4 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Mas y Mas carretera del Pla" 900 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
