The apartment itself was absolutely wonderful. It was spacious, pleasing, clean and we were between arenal beach and the port which was great.
I wasn't a fan of the property managers. I don't want to use precious vacation time to stop and pick up a key at a different location or to buy salt and pepper and garbage bags or dishsoap (they left us approx 4ml). We were there for a week. It just seemed a bit stingy and lazy on their end. Also two air conditioners failed.
I would stay at the apt again in a heartbeat...just wish they used a different manager.
