Located in the Santa Barbara 2 residence, it offers a community pool, for adults and children, with outdoor shower and a large lawn garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from the rocky beach of Montañar I and close to all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.

This stylish and cosy ground floor apartment has 71 m² and is furnished with style. The recently renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people.

The apartment, distributed on a single level, offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The comfortable living room has a glass dining table, a spacious sofa, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a small terrace with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The property is very well located just 500 metres from the Pimer Muntanyar rocky beach and a pleasant 15-minute walk to the port area on one side and 20 minutes walking to Arenal Beach on the other. The town is located 2 kilometres away and 5 km from the Montgó Natural Park, 54 km from the "Terra Mítica" theme park, 99 km from "El Altet Alicante" airport.
