BEARS DEN LOG CABIN

Peace & Quiet. By Design!

Welcome to Bears Den, one of just three handcrafted log cabins at Rocky Mountain Escape, set on 68 acres of private wilderness in the heart of Rock Lake Provincial Park.

If you're looking to escape busy campgrounds, crowded tourist areas and constant notifications, you've found it.

Our cabins are thoughtfully spaced apart to give every guest privacy, peace and the chance to truly reconnect with nature.

A True Off-Grid Experience: Getting here is part of the Adventure. 4wd/Awd recommended.

This isn't camping... and it isn't a hotel.

It's the perfect balance between comfort and wilderness.

Bears Den offers all the comforts you need while allowing you to completely disconnect from everyday life.

Unplug. Slow Down.

For many guests, that's the highlight of their stay.

Swap emails for campfires.

Trade screens for stars.

Wake up to birdsong instead of alarm clocks.

Sit quietly on your deck and watch wildlife wander past.

Relax & Unplug

Enjoy a hike down by the river. Take a hike around the loop. Spend some hours by avalanche chute up part way or the whole way up. Cabins are very cozy. Enjoy nature and the wildlife.
