Booked in advance, asked for a bottom floor room as we are Sr. citizens. Gave us an upstairs room. Asked the clerk if we could have a ground floor room. (It was Sunday night and plenty of lower rooms were available). Clerk stated no, this is what we the computer gave us. Now for the room. Sink was filthy with mud, toilet had urine all over it and the floor. Turned down the sheets, stains everywhere and full of dead bedbugs! We left the property after lodging a complaint with the clerk!

The room was disgusting. Broken furniture, toilet was always clogged, shower doesn’t work, no phone in the room, and the staff was incredibly rude. Would only accept cash for anything additional that was requested such as towels or soap (which isn’t provided)

The property is in Hill repair. I was told for the money I paid for the room. I had to go into the back where all the drug deals were going on. I was very nervous the whole night called the front desk. They never answered on the phone, had to walk up there to get my television to work when I was checking in a young man came from behind the curtain with a mouthful of food. I don’t think he could fit another thing in his mouth stood there, looking at me for a couple of minutes, chewing wanting me to tell him what he needed to do. Very uncomfortable situation.

Rooms were filthy/falling apart. The first room we went to, had poop and pee caped to the outside of the toilet. After asking them to clean it, they did not. Had our rooms switched. The next room didn’t have hot water, wasn’t as dirty, but in general pretty filthy. The second room also had cockroaches everywhere. All in all, a super disgusting, filthy hotel. Will never stay there again.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would, but then it wouldn’t let me post a review. There are roaches, bloody sheets, no towels nobody comes and cleans. It is disgusting. Once you give them proof of the roaches. They won’t even give you a refund.

very dirty room, not acceptable

Obviously, this is a budget hotel. But I have stayed in many such hotels in the past and have rarely seen a room so dirty. There was a big dead roach in our bathroom, which was filthy (i.e., dirt in the tub, etc.). Very clear that it had not been cleaned in a while
