OK for locals, maybe

I chose this place because it was near a charity project that I sponsor. It was minimal at best. The sheet on the bed was probably a month old. The shower had 5 gallons of hot water, maybe. Fourth floor walk up. Hot, but the AC worked slowly. Internet worked. Staff was very friendly but this is really just a very cheap place to stay. 2 hooks for clothes. No closet, no drawers, room was about 10 by 10.

PAY WAY TOO MUCH TO SURELY NOT SLEEP AT ALL

NO WIFI NOWHERE !!! Room is extremely smelly. In spite of the monumental spiderwebs, you can still see truly tropical bugs crawling around it (I mean the size of them! - Quite a spectacle, really!). The air-con takes about 5 hours to cool the tiny space. But, the noise it generates won't let you fall asleep for sure.

So far I like the place since it's accessible near the malls & market. The room is clean but I just want to comment we're staying in the 4th floor but sometimes I can't sleep well because the building is shaking whenever there's a big truck passing by I'm really scared. Just hope the owner will do something to prevent the building and the clients. Thank you!

Clean, budget stay

We stayed here for just one night for an early flight the next morning. This guest house is pretty clean for such a budget place. Very limited dinning options around - unless you want cup o'noodle for dinner = convenience store is next door. The next door restaurant pretty much offer 1 dinner option when we got there before 7 pm and it's not tourist friendly (English speaking ability). The guest house also have a basic kitchen with rice cooker, etc...but we couldn't find a local super market; hence so we couldn't make use of the kitchen facility. The guest house also sell sundry stuff as well as snacks and cup o noodles. After a long day of traveling, we just wanted to sit down to a nice dinner but that's challenging in the neighborhood, unless you catch a taxi to go to the mall. Overall, good value for your money and at most is 1 night stay.

Its a homely place with bare necessities, reasonable cleanliness, car ( with driver ) hire, provide full information about tourist spots, they have a bar in the house. Only b/fast is served, and is included in room charges.

My family enjoyed our stay here.it was even more than we expected the services the hotel provided and so with the room condition.staff were helpful and friendly. Some staff though cannot understand English but most receptionists understand English. Very good value for the price we paid. Not too close to the city centre but there are heaps of transportation available like tuktuk

personnel tres serviable et accueillant. Beaucoup de centres d'intérêt sont accessibles a pied. Par contre la chambre n'avait qu'une fenetre donnant sur le corridor.
