This property is clean and nice. The staff is friendly and well-trained. The gym is also very nice, with a good selection of equipment. However, due to MRT construction, you must understand there is a bit of traffic near the area.

Some housekeeping issues surfaced during my second

Best location for those wanting to visit Chinatown as it is five minutes walking distance. Room is spacious although the bath room fixtures, especially shower head is not too functional in switching the discharge spraying volume. Likewise the bed sheets seem a little aged and soiled. The standing light holder is falling loosen. And last but not least strange nose that travels to the room - probably originated from the passenger lifts.. in short housekeeping issues that the management team should seriously look into.
