The TV in the room given to us was not working, the receptionist, Sella, graciously helped us move to another room which is more brighter and spacious. She has been very professional, also the manager (he) was very nice.

Budget Hotel, and Clean hotel, 10 min drive to Jakarta International Expo depending on traffic., Blue Bird cars stand at the hotel., you can ride immediately whenever you step out from hotel reception., Vegetarians will face problem in the restaurant as less no. of items as per veg ingredients are concerned. We will book this hotel as and when we are in Jakarta.

1. Hotel staff find difficult in communicating in English Language 2. Breakfast and lunch menu items are very limited 3. At 10 O'clock morning room service announce sandwich is not available, all sold out-terrible 4. while booking online it said coffee kettle and free in-room coffee-sugar will be supplied. But in reality hotel charged rp 10,000 for coffee package 5. In-room ironing facility was not available. 6. Room service for food supply closes at 12 night

Great value

The favehotel Pasar Baru is an excellent value for the money. The hotel is fairly new, the rooms are in very good condition, well maintained, and clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. The location is very close to Pasar Baru, so it's a very interesting area.

Pleasant Stay

I have stay at this hotel from 25-30th Aug (5 Days). The room was quite spacious but the housekeeping did not change our bed sheet daily. After I inform them then they will change it. The downturn is that there's a long staircase to the lobby. Quite difficult to go up with luggage and a baby stroller. If only they could do a ramp on the side of the staircase. Hotel is near to Pasar Baru (10 mins walk) and you could find cheap stuffs over here. Beside that, there's no other entertainment or Mall which is nearby. Overall, I did have a pleasant stay over here. The receptionist and the security guard are helpful friendly too.
