Located in Jade, the holiday apartment "Günthers Deichstube" offers you everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. A TV is available. For hygienic reasons, we do not provide bed linen and towels. You can bring your own or optionally book a laundry package with the owner. Payment for the laundry package is arranged individually with the owner.

Zweckmäßige sehr einfache Ferienwohnung, renovierungsbedürftig

Pros: Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, Die Wohnung verfügt über alle nötigen Einrichtungsgegenständige für einen Kurztrip z.B. in der Küche Die Lage ist abgelegen und sehr "Deichnah", leider aber nicht sehr "verkehrsruhigt" Für Einzelpersonen oder Paare die sich "sehr mögen" geeignet da zB. das Schlafzimmer sehr eng ist. Cons: Leider sind die Möbel (Polster, Matratzen) sehr in die Jahre bekommen und durchgesessen/-legen. Bei der letzten Renovierung/ der Instandhaltung wurde leider kein größer Wert auf das gewisse Extra gelegt. Es wirkt unpersönlich, z.B. wurden Tapezierarbeiten nicht ordentlich durch geführt, die Dekoration wirken zusammengewürfelt und sind in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gab es mehrere gebrochene Steckdosen und ein Kabelverteilkasten in Griffhöhe (Kinder) war frei zugänglich. Daher (aktuell) nur mit größeren Kindern zu empfehlen.

Idyllische Lage,

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt super schön in ruhiger Lage. Um den Alltagstrubel zu entfliehen ideal. Von hier kommt man innerhalb von 10-20min überall hin. Großstadt, Strand,Zoo.
