The holiday home built in 2019 is located on the edge of the Wadden Sea National Park, approx. 800m from the sea. It is not only suitable for faniles, but for everyone who is looking for nature, sea and tranquility. It has a huge living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, fireplace, garden and much more. The Sehestedt beach invites you to swim in summer. The salt meadow path and the floating moor are unique.

Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung war auf das nötigste ausgelegt, kaum Stauraum.Das Haus liegt, wie beschrieben, im hinteren Teil der Ferienhaussiedlung. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig.

Furchtbar. Kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern oder Türen. Aber alles voller Mücken, Schnacken, Fliegen und Spinnen. Keine Nacht durchgeschlafen, jeden Morgen zerstochen aufgestanden. Selbst tagsüber war man nur damit beschäftigt sich die Viecher vom Leib zu halten. Kochen mit total verbrannten Pfannen und angebrannten Töpfen, ekelhaft. Keine Schränke für Lebensmittellagerung vorhanden. Außenbereich total verwahrlost und heruntergekommen. Rasenfläche voller Maulwurfhügel und Mäuselöchern. Dadurch nicht nutzbar. Sonnenschirm vorhanden, aber in 3 Metern Höhe nutzlos. Sauberkeit war nur oberflächlich vorhanden.

Schöne Wohnung mit Verbesserungsbedarf bei Sauberkeit und Umgang mit MängelnDie Unterkunft ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet, der Außenbereich großzügig, der Check-in verlief unkompliziert.
Allerdings gab es deutliche Mängel bei der Sauberkeit: Die Mülleimer waren stark verschmutzt, es wurden lediglich neue Tüten darübergelegt. Auch Schränke und Küchenutensilien wirkten teilweise sehr ungepflegt, der Grill war stark verdreckt und beschädigt.
Der in der Beschreibung genannte Haartrockner funktionierte nicht – auf Nachfrage hieß es, er gehöre nicht zur Ausstattung. Im Schlafzimmer war ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar, möglicherweise aufgrund nicht frisch gewaschener Kissen und Decken.
Der Hinweis, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitzubringen sind, kam sehr kurzfristig. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, begann durch diese Punkte jedoch wenig entspannt.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten tolle Tage in diesem Objekt und würden auch jederzeit wieder da Urlaub machen wollen. Allerdings sollten die Flecken am Holz des Hochbettes und den Türen mal irgendwie entfernt werden und im Garten fehlt für die kleineren Kinder noch ein Sandkasten, da die Lage des Ferienhauses doch sehr EINSAM ist !Aber im GROSSEN UND GANZEN war alles super!

Kurzurlaub an Silvester

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern über Silvester in dem Haus und hatten genügend platz, die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend und entsprach der beschreibung. Was vebesserungsfähig ist sind die zufahrtsstraßen in den Ferienpark (matschwege mit einigen kanten zu den Häusern). Sonnst hat alles gepasst👍
