Better options elsewhere. This hotel had the most unfriendliest staff. It’s dated and requires upgrades. The TV’s are horrible for sound and the hotel management is awful. They overstep their boundaries when it’s none of their concern. Will never visit again. Trash property.

This was the third hotel I stayed at in Cost Rica and definitely my favorite. The food was great and staff very friendly. My room was very nice, actually one of the one bedroom condos currently for sale. If this hotel was on the beach I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a unit. It is close enough to walk to the beach however.

The room is very spacious and pretty. Main room with restroom and a privatw terrace with jacuzzi, the living room with a bedsofa is comfortable. The kitchen is big and clean. Great service, no complains at all.

Breakfast was amazing ! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay and our room was nice and clean. Nice size, loved the bathroom and the balcony. Walking distance for food which they gave a wristband for 15% off for three restaurants. Beautiful local beach, beautiful people and staff. Would definitely recommend

The jacuzzi did not have hot water, which effectively meant it was not usable as a jacuzzi • Non dairy milk alternatives for coffee at breakfast required an additional charge • The overall service was generally unpleasant and unaccommodating • A late check out request was denied, and we were advised to pay for an additional full night despite room availability • The pool area receives almost no sunlight, as it is fully shaded and surrounded by buildings • We encountered a mouse in the hallway and heard persistent noises in the walls at night, which was disturbing and concerning • The room felt outdated and unpleasant, although advertised for four guests, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and not suitable
