Stay cut short

This property was not quite what we expected but not awful at first. The layout of the home was great and accomodated our family of 7 (2 couples and 3 singles). Bathrooms did not feel clean with glass shower doors that were cloudy, and after calling twice about a toilet that would not fill, we were told that was normal and that it would just take a while. On our second day, however, there was a major issue with the plumbing in both bathrooms and after calling the owner, we packed up and left in a hurry. We moved to a gated community 3 minutes away and wished we had booked there from the beginning.

Comfortable location in the heart of Jaco

From pre-arrival to post check out the owner communicated every step and addressed any problems we had which were few! It was nice to have a cooled indoor space to gather as well as bedrooms. The outdoor pool area with covered dining, fans, grill and private space was perfect for after a day out sight seeing abd doing activities. Having the laundry access was idea for travelling with a baby and being able to replenish our clothing options! Highly recommend for families and friends to gather.

The house is exactly like the listing. The owner Karla is great and comunicantes very well. House was very clean and beds very comfortable. Highly recommend this property if your staying in Jaco.

Muy hermoso el lugar, se preocupan mucho Por la limpieza, más en este tiempo de Covid. Esta súper equipada y súper cerca del centro y otros lugares. Lo único negativo es que tiene un fee por daños de 1500 dólares, los cuales se cobran a la tarjeta, cuando ya terminas el tiempo en el lugar se te devuelve pero dura de 3 a 4 semanas en remover el monto. Pero en general el lugar es muy lindo y perfecto para estos momentos!!!
