On Jaco’s lovely tropical garden park and only a 150 meter walk to the beach path!

Only 100meters to Groceries, restaurants, shopping and Movie Theater! A short 12 minute walk town center and nightlife! You can walk to just about every place downtown. The best surfing waves of Jaco beach break directly in front of this house’s location plus 4 padded surfboard racks are in-house.

This vacation rental Casa offers wireless internet throughout the property, modern air conditioning (all split inverters). All beds and linens are brand new. Beds are of the highest quality double pillowtop available. Dreamy comfort.

There is ample parking on the street. The area is very safe, Security Cameras monitoring across the street, well lit at night, plus a night guard is right across the corner whom always looks out for the immediate neighbors. It’s a quiet area to relax.

Second time staying at this location, still love how close it is to Main Street where all the restaurants and bars are but far enough to keep all the noise away. The beach is only short walk. Will definitely book the same house on my next trip.

Very clean small house with a ton of beds. If you have a crew of more than 5 people, and maybe a small dig, this place is the perfect beach house. Will be back as all my older kids bring buddies—-

Amazing Property

Casa 007 was a perfect property for our stay in Jaco. We were very close to the strip and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy and Robert was helpful and accessible when we had questions. The pool and house were very clean upon arrival. Would highly recommend this property!

Casa 007 is perfectly located with in walking distance to all. beach, shops, restaurants and more. we enjoyed not having to drive everywhere, everything was with in 4-10 minute walk. after spending time in town it was nice to relax in the pool.

The best vacation house.

Thank you Robert for making our stay so memorable. Your property is located near beautiful Jaco beach with many restaurants, supermarket and gift shop. The four-room house is very clean. It has everything we need to enjoy. Hot water shower, kitchen utensils, towels, and bathroom supplies made our stay enjoyable. There was plenty parking space. Thank you for stopping by to introduce yourself in person. Also we used the surfing shop you recommended and my boys enjoyed the surfing lesson from them. In summary we love your house and will try to come back again.
