Perfect beach front property

Loved stating here and would do again if i could. Had a plumbing issue which got resolved eventually.

A little disappointed overall

On the positive the view and the location were great! However, the unit is tired and needs a total upgrade! The toilet runs, the deck needs to be cleaned for mold, needs new carpet and fix the patches on the wall and ceiling. An overhaul on the Interior will do wonders.

Beach access was great, pool area was great, but the room was just an old and musty hotel room by comparison. TV didn’t hardly pick up any channels.

A Few Bruises But Fun!

Check in & communication was easy. The mgmt company was quick to answer any questions. The unit was great for 2 nights (for a family of 3). Anything longer than that may get a little cramp (as there is no kitchen or couch), but we knew this going in. The view was perfect. If I have to find any cons, it would be that the door to the balcony was either off track or broken (I looked but didn’t notice anything specific). It was very hard to open & close. I got to be “super dad” & open/close for my wife/daughter (so thank you!). The other little issue is that we couldn’t get any tv channels (I think I’m pretty good at finding right guide & input but no luck). The Roku was connected so we had plenty of streaming options for the short amount of time in the room, just no live tv. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to help get around the resort. Thanks again. Had a blast.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS RENTAL COMPANY HUGE SAFETY RISK

Believe it or not the tale I am about to tell is in no way exaggerated. We’re pretty easy going people and easy to please. To begin they gave us the location, room number AND access code to SOMEONE ELSE’S RENTAL. Huge security concerns! This rental company is currently being tracked and monitored by VRBO over concerns for safety and quality. After a long day of travel we get off the flight and follow the directions sent to us via email and text from the rental company. We arrive and head to the room and use the code given to us only to barge in on ANOTHER family at 10PM at night. Praise God everyone remained level headed as in the state of Florida they were well within their rights to shoot us for entering their residence. We finally get on the phone with the office staff and no one could give an explanation as to HOW this happened. Our booking was another 25minutes away all codes and numbers completely different. All I could think the whole time was that ANYONE could be given our location and access info and barge in on us! To my frustration the property manager Sarah and her husband refused to speak to us or offer explanation, lied to VRBO about the whole situation and did absolutely nothing to rectify it. Not to mention pool closed and missing room amenities from listing. After reviewing our evidence VRBO has assured us they are now tracking all reviews for this company for similar experiences with potential to remove their listings. 0/10 Do not recommend.
