Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser, and TV. The guest bedroom offers two double beds, adaptable for pairs or solo travelers. Upstairs, a loft with a queen futon provides an additional spot to rest or unwind between days out.
 
Kitchen & dining
The well-equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full evening meals. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all available, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Pull up a seat at the dining table and let a shared meal become part of your stay. Barbecue utensils are on hand for those who prefer cooking outdoors.
 
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials including towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper. A bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water are available for a comfortable, unhurried wind-down.

Amenities including the community pool and beach access point are private to Sawgrass Country Club residents and guests. Please note there is no parking at the beach access point.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
