Girls beach trip

Nice, quiet property. Close to the beach. Loved tge bif screened porch. No storage room for unpacking a suitcase in the bedroom but everything we needed in the kitchen.

Third time at Amelia Landing

I choose Amelia Landing because I am a senior citizen and I feel safe in this complex. The pool is a relaxing place to sit and read. Lots of places to visit within easy driving distance. The codo was roomy, nicely furnished and well equiped.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay! Catherine and Ryan were excellent with communication from the very first inquiry regarding their condo and very kind/helpful throughout our stay. We would have stayed longer if we could! The condo was very tranquil and comfortable, right next to the pool but with the patio overlooking some trees, which we loved. Being on the first floor made it easy when it came to unloading/packing everything and transporting our baby. There also wasn’t a whole lot to do in terms of checking out, which was very nice. My only critique (if you even want to call it that) is that it could use just the tiniest bit of TLC...maybe some new screen and carpet on the back patio, some new bathroom towels, and maybe a little paint/patching throughout. But again, that’s just a personal thought! Even without, I would strongly recommend this condo to others!

Great condo! Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is in a nice, quiet area within walking distance to the beach and the best ice cream shop in Amelia Island! And it is conveniently right next to the pool! Condo had everything we needed for a stress free vacation. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Gem in Fernandina Beach

We stayed at Catherine’s lovely property for the Songwriters Festival. The property is located off Sadler and very convenient to both downtown and the beach. It is beautifully decorated, has a great kitchen, and was very comfortable for our group. The booking and check in process was very easy, and Catherine was responsive to all of my questions. We would definitely rent again!

Home away from home

The condo was clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures and description. It's in a quiet building, close to the beach, and filled with everything you would need to truly make it a home away from home. The property manager was polite and professional with an amazing attitude. If you are in the area and looking for a nice place to stay, we highly recommend this property.
