Fantastic family vacation

We have been vacationing on Amelia Island for the past 5 years. Of the different homes this is tops on our list! Kitchen is well equipped for making delicious meals, nice furniture and very comfortable beds. The pool and beach are amazing! Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

We had a great stay! Perfect size condo for our family of 4. Quite a hike to the beach with lots of stairs but we are young-ish and can handle it! Would stay again.

Perfect vacation spot

This is a wonderful property and location and the pictures are very accurate of what you can expect. The owner was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed quickly. I highly recommend this condo and will be coming back again.

Lovely stay

We had a very nice stay at this condo. It is quiet, has everything you need to be comfortable, the beach is gorgeous. The only thing that I wish was different is that there is really no shade at the communal pool, not the owner's issue, but an issue with the management of the condo I guess. That would have been nice to have. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and you can bike, do water activities not far from the unit itself. Amelia Island is a great place for a family vacation too. It was quiet while we were there, but we've been when our kids were young and had a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Great Stay

Communication with owners was smooth and easy and very responsive! We had the power and water go out in separate occasions during our stay (nothing to do with the unit itself was a resort wide issue) and they were quick to respond and try and get answers and solutions. The condo itself was great for our family and the views were fantastic! Can't wait to book again in the future!

Perfect family spring break

The villa and overall area was perfect for our family of 6 during spring break. Plenty to do without much crowd. Relaxing at the pool or beach while also staying active with biking, pickleball and kayaking. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

One of Amelia Island's Best!

This was our second stay at Beachwalker. This condo was very clean, renovated and decorated nicely, thoughtful touches were provided by the owners, well stocked Kitchen, the parking space was close to the elevators, lovely view, very nice pool with decking and easy stroll to the beach, surrounding trails for walking, easy access to the Omni shops and restaurants. Great communication with the owners. We love this end of the island which is closer to Jacksonville, yet only a 15-20 minute drive to the quaint downtown Fernandina. Beaches are wide and not crowded. It is also close to several beautiful state parks and there are great biking trails. You can't go wrong with this condo!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

This condo is beautiful! Clean, nicely decorated and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location on Amelia Island, quick access to restaurants, shops, activities and THE BEACH! It’s a quick walk on the boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. The views are incredible, I woke up every morning to a stunning sunrise!

Nice rental!

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect for a girls weekend. Great location, perfect ocean views! The house is well stocked with everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable and the property is well laid out.

Wonderful beach stay for family

We are repeat visitors of this wonderful unit. The location is great, as it’s a 5 minute walk down a boardwalk to the pool and beach. There are a lot of kid friendly amenities, including a pack and play, booster seat, and a washer/dryer. You can rent a golf cart and scoot around the property too.

Our trip was cut short due to potential weather issues with Milton. Victoria was a dream to work with from start to finish. The condo is perfectly appointed and well thought out. The property is gorgeous and we hope to stay again!

Great family beach spot

Amelia is the best. Fun for families. Set the kids free on bikes. Explore. Great comfortable place that slept 6 of our group of 11. The other 5 found another beach walker spot so it worked out perfectly. Great view, pool and sleeping. Not fancy…. It’s beach, bike, golf, tennis, fun. VickiGator. Great communicator and detailed info on everything. Might have to retire here!

Great location and property

My husband and I took our 15 year old and 5 of her friends to spend time in Amelia Island. We have always had a great time and this time didn’t disappoint either. The place is great and had everything we needed to spend a care free week. We cooked some of the meals ( nice grocery store close by) and we ate at the restaurants in the Omni resort as well. The place is fantastic and just as described. We had a couple of questions for the owner and she responded very quickly. We had a car that was just under 8’4” ( transit van) and we weren’t able to park in our assigned parking spot but had plenty of empty spots to pick from. The pool was very close and the beach view was spectacular from the apartment.
