We offer a unique stay in a natural setting under a majestic tree canopy and are a two minute walk to the beach. Our 1 bedroom suite has a kitchenette, separate bedroom, hide a bed couch in the living room, smart TV equipped with apps for a wide variety of shows, and high speed internet. Kitchenettes include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook top, dishes and utensils. Enjoy large front decks in a beautiful natural setting.

Very affordable. Kind and helpful staff. Room was perfect, the space was shut right, the pull out sofa was the perfect size for the girls and the kitchenette area was great for storing items and spreading items out for girls to choose snacks. We enjoyed the different landscapes for each of the cottages. It was comical running into an armadillo. The only negative was the parking. There needs to be a car limit and maybe a pass to show you belong at the property. There were a few times we were without a parking spot bc other guests invited others over. Not the end of the world but just inconvenient. We will be back!

Room had a good bit of dust accumulated in there . One of the pillows had stains on it .. I just removed it off the bed. And we had issues with our toilet . It made running noises and even overflowed a bunch of water onto the floor making it into the bedroom & hallway . Had to call front office & she had someone from housekeeping come and inspect and mopped toilet water off of the floor .

Husband and I stayed weekend , nice and quiet, 10 min drive to historic town area, , beach area up road ok, liked Ft. clinch beach better. Only disappointment of cottage was furniture.. old ,and lacking, also TV are to menace.

My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay at these cottages. They were clean and the grounds were nice. Although he has some mobiblity issues, he did not have trouble getting to our cottage. Check in and check out were easy.

Wonderful pace to stay!

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Just a short walk from the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. The fact that the property was pet friendly was a huge plus since we did have a dog traveling with us. The only downside was that there wasn’t much of an area to walk the dog or for it use the bathroom other than an artificial grass area they provided. Unfortunately that didn’t work our dog but I would recommend this place and would stay there again!

Last minute booking

It is in a great location; however the bed was not comfortable and we only had one wash cloth. Tried to get more but office was closed. We had stayed at a house for several days and we had to move the last night we was in Fernandina due to the house already being booked for that night. There was some areas not clean in cottage. Staff was friendly

Great Place for Short Stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The location is great. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. If you want luxury accommodations and high quality linens, this is not the place for you. If, however, you are comfortable with simpler tastes, then the accommodations will meet your expectations. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog!

On an island among large resort properties, this is a collection of small well equipped cabins along a boardwalk. We appreciated their efforts to lessen the environmental footprint of the property.
