The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, personable and helpful. I enjoyed the hot breakfast, there were a lot of options. The hotel is in a great central location between the beach and parks, plenty of restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel was located close enough to Amelia Island for our purposes. It was also near some new restaurants and Publix. We found everything convenient. The beds were comfortable on the staff was very nice.

I booked a one night stay for me and my boyfriend and I must say this was our first time staying there and everything was perfect. Staff was super nice, our room was gorgeous with a great view, and we will be looking forward to staying there again thank you for making our night perfect.

One of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed with in a long time. Staff was above and beyond friendly as well as being professional. Breakfast was amazing. [Cook and server was astounding and meals were more than anyone could imagine] We would go back tomorrow if we had the time. How does one get points for future visits with Holiday express. Staff was very uninformative about extra $100 fee for damage and when to expect it to go back to your account. Also when i called about early checking he didn't say anything about extra $60 plus tax. I think you need to educate your staff more.
