With an open layout on the main floor with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean to more private areas like two private balconies, this condo is very comfortable for small families or a big family or a group of friends. You will be sitting mere steps from the beach and community outdoor pool. Plus, this location helps to enjoy the Plantation's shops, dining, nature center, and spa, which are just a short stroll away.

Good but could be fresher

We loved the location and the layout of the condo. The property manager was very nice and responded as quickly as possible when we had an issue. My only complaint is that it could have been cleaner. The couch was a little grungy and there were someone else’s hair in the bathroom.

This villa had wonderful views of ocean.. There was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was nice but small. The walk to beach was pleasant. The main issue was felt unit was not properly cleaned..

Great property - very convenient to the beach

Great stay for three people at this condo. Very close and convenient to the beach, pool, trail system, hotel and village. The condo is a little dated, but everything functions well and the beds are comfortable. It would help if the manager put some basic items in the unit prior to check in (coffee). Renters should note the two thermostats and the one in the upstairs bedroom controls the other two bedrooms, while the sensor is in the master bedroom (so to cool off the other two bedrooms, they must keep the door open). Overall, would definitely stay there again.

50th Birthday Trip

We had an amazing time. There were 7 adults in our Villa and had plenty of room. The Villa was very clean!! The handle to the doors going to the balcony in the dining room was disconnecting from the door but we didn’t let that slow us down!!
