Located in the heart of the Mayport fishing village surrounded by the St Johns River, spectacular fresh seafood markets and restaurants and a short walking distance to the St. John River Ferry.

This cottage has recently been updated providing a clean and comfortable stay for you and your friends and family.

Conveniently located near the Mayport Navy Base, Hanna Park and Atlantic Beach access.

The cottage is a 3 bedroom home (1 king suite, 1 trundle bedroom with 2 twin matresses that can be converted into a king bed, and another King bed in the 3rd bedroom). The master bedroom can either open to the trundle room or can be closed off making a great option for a kid room. There is one bathroom centrally located.

The living room and kitchen are open and spacious making it a great place to gather around the 75" TV or cook in the fully equipped kitchen.

Outdoors you will see the large patio with seating that leads to the gorgeous pool! Perfect for a dip on the FL hot summer days.

The home abuts the US Naval Base and therefore you will be able to see and hear many helicopters in the area.

Guests will have full access to the house, patio, yard and pool. To the right of the home there is another guest suite. This suite does not have pool access and is located in the shared fenced in yard. The suite has its own designated parking spot and privacy fence leading to a private backyard in the corner of the property.

Things to do in the area:

Across from Ferris Street are two fresh local seafood restaurants, Singletons and Safe Harbor Restaurant. Incase you are wanting stay in and cook your own fresh catch, Safe Harbor Seafood Market is located 0.5 mi from the house.

*The St. Johns River Ferry is also across the street and connects you a number of beaches and state parks such as Huguenot State Park, Fort George Island Cultural State Park and many more.

*The closest beach access is 10 mins away located in the beautiful Kathryn Abbey Hanna State Park. The park also has a splash pad, kayaking, fishing, playground with bbq grills, bike and hiking trails.

* The St. Johns River is across the street and about .05 mi to the drive on shore where you can fish, play and spend the day.

*Atlantic Beach access is about a 15 min drive.

*Brand new pirate ship themed playground located walking distance behind the neighborhood.

*The Jacksonville Zoo is about 30 mins from the house.
