The condo was clean with a beautiful beachy decor and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We went over New Years and weather was in the 40's -50's so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. Pool overlooked the beach and we watched New Year's Eve fireworks from the pool deck! Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Good location and stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location to the beach and other areas we were visiting (st augustine and ponte vedra) were convenient. We especially liked seeing black rock beach. The unit had obviously been cleaned, kitchen, bathrooms/bedrooms and sheets were all clean, but it was apparent the owners have a dog based on odor and hair in the living room.

Place was great. Only two small quibbles. There was a problem with very tiny ants in the kitchen and the fact that the bedside clock in th master bedroom only displayed the time.
