4BR / 2. 5 baños nuevos Jax Beach Townhouse cerrar todo y solo cuadras de la playa

Esta casa de pueblo fue construida recientemente hace 2 años. Todos los BR están arriba: el principal con baño principal privado, el BR 2 tiene una litera doble sobre la litera completa, los BR 3 y 4 tienen reinas, el segundo baño completo. Cocina, comedor y sala de estar todo abajo. Televisores en todas las habitaciones de arriba y pantalla grande en LR abajo junto con mesa de tejo de 12 pies. La cocina está completamente equipada con todas las cosas de alta calidad para aquellos que realmente les gusta cocinar. La playa está a solo unas pocas cuadras al este por la que se puede caminar, pero es mejor subir un par de calles para cruzar la tercera calle, que puede estar muy ocupada corriendo al norte y al sur a través de la ciudad. También hay una parrilla de gas y patio cercado. Loved everything about the property! Easy walk to the beach, bowling alley, and plenty of restaurants. Will book again in the future! Rooms were big, tvs, kids toys, plenty of towels. The place was perfect for my family!

Kat is an amazing host! My family spent a month in her fabulous home filling our time with many walks to the beach with our dog, countless rounds of shuffleboard, a great space to cook and enjoy, and privacy for everyone. Her warm touches to the home and gracious hospitality ensure future stays. The location is fantastic, the host is fantastic, and the home is fantastic!

Great Stay

House was very clean and had nice little amenities such as coffee and bottled water. Very nicely finished inside. Owner responded quickly to questions before and during the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

This townhome was perfect for our stay at JAX Beach. My wife had surgery so we needed something close to the surgical center and a nice quiet place for her to recover. We got both in this rental and also had room for some family and friends to visit in comfort. The furnishings and decor were excellent and the shuffleboard table was a big hit. We will definitely be staying here any time we come back to Jacksonville.

The property is very nice and comfortable and very close to the beach. The best part I have to say is the host. Kat was very friendly and super helpful. The lock with code had a low battery, so she sent a signal immediately that unlocked the door for us and had the battery changed very quickly. She was so accommodating and easy to talk to. The place is beautiful in a great safe location. We walked a few blocks to restaurants and bars on the beach and the grocery store, Publix was a 3 minute drive and you didn't have to get on the main road.. I would most definitely book this property again.

Amazing Host, Perfect Stay

I have nothing but positive things to say about Kat and the house. Kat was wonderful both before and throughout the stay and I would absolutely recommend anyone to work with her and stay at one of her properties in the future. Amazing Place Near the Beach

We had a great stay @ this spacious 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhome. Walk to local grocery and quiet restaurants. Beach was just a few blocks away. Kat was so awesome to connect with and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend staying here as we will definitely do again!

Excellent experience!

Property was perfect and just as described. Location was excellent with quick access to the beach or nearby Jax Beach restaruants, etc. Kat (property manager) was super helpful and quick to respond, house was fully stocked and even had bottled water in the fridge ready! Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again!!!
