Upon arrival, we noticed wine and other visible stains throughout the room, including on the furniture, carpet, and walls. When we contacted the front desk to express our concerns, we were informed that the upholstery was scheduled to be cleaned in March. Unfortunately, there was no apology offered for the inconvenience. Instead, we were presented with a downgrade as a solution, which did not adequately address the issue.
We expected a higher standard of cleanliness and a more customer-focused response.
