Upon arrival, we noticed wine and other visible stains throughout the room, including on the furniture, carpet, and walls. When we contacted the front desk to express our concerns, we were informed that the upholstery was scheduled to be cleaned in March. Unfortunately, there was no apology offered for the inconvenience. Instead, we were presented with a downgrade as a solution, which did not adequately address the issue. We expected a higher standard of cleanliness and a more customer-focused response.

The room was adequate but there were a few things that were not functioning. The power strip didn’t work, the iron did not heat up, and the hot and cold water in the shower were backwards. Our room wasn’t ready on time so we were able to hang out in the lobby which has a nice view of the beach. The hallway on the 8th floor smelled musty and grossed out our teenage daughter everytime we walked through it.

The property seemed well cut. Had to wait over an hour after check-in to get our room keys because the room wasn’t ready. The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom was filthy. The king bed was broken and very squeaky. There were potato chip crumbs, clothes tags,and sand underneath the comforter on the sheets, which obviously meant they didn’t change the sheets.The furniture on the balcony was extremely dirty. They gave us a $50 credit to use on the premises. The day of checked out the breakfast location was not serving breakfast because their oven broke. Overall, I cannot say that I was very fun of the property. The staff was very friendly, but I feel like they could’ve done more.
