My only complaint is 3 luggage carts for a 6 story building is crazy. Also, the back parking lot dont use if you dont want to get high. Sad thing is that its where most of the available parking spots are. Be prepared to catch a buzz!

Toilet ran constantly, the microwave had dried food all in it, the TV did not work properly; kept losing the signal or the screen would freeze. Room could have been cleaner as well. There was something on the back of the bathroom door; looked like liquid dried all down the door. Bistro was not open for breakfast or lunch; could only order on line.

The staff was courteous. Check-in and out seamless. There were no hidden fees. The room was clean and quiet. My family and I had to stay in FL for four days to avoid bad weather at home so we could get to our cruise on time, and this hotel was affordable and comfortable. It was also close to so many stores, restaurants and a Dave & Buster’s. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!
