Kitchen not equipped very well. Oven very dirty & smoked up unit when used. Kitchen sink faucet broke. Found/killed several large ants. Not many overhead lights, so lighting for reading was poor. HVAC unit worked well & water pressure great.

Great stay

My friend and I had a good stay! Overall it was clean and had everything we needed. The only small downside that bothered us was a musty smell every time the AC turned on. The location was great for us and an easy walk to the beach. We appreciated that they had an umbrella we could use, too!

Condo in a treehouse setting

The condo was clean and nicer than pictures shown on vrbo. Layout was good. Nice and quiet and relaxing. Kitchen was clean and had anything you may need. The beds were comfy. Great stay. I would highly recommend this condo.

Spring get away

The condo is in a great location on the plantation. Close walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Enjoyed the walking trails & spent some time at Drummond Park & down by the pool. Perfect weather!

Lovely Spot

Beachwood Villa was located in the Omni Resort area and surrounded by beautiful serene foliage. Our unit was well furnished, and overall good experience with our stay minus few minor issues (low water pressure and unable to locate grill on property as listed). But, would return again!

Beautiful, peaceful, and convenient

This Amelia Island, FL condo was the perfect place for us to stay for a few days as we explored the area. We were first time visitors to this part of FL, and this condo was conveniently located to nearby attractions, and still in a peaceful location. The condo itself was clean and well laid out for our party .

2122 Beachwood Drive

My overall impression of the property was that it was conveniently location on Amelia Island close to various local attractions and restaurants. It appears that the condo was freshly cleaned as we arrived and presented a falling hazard with excessively wet floors. To the eye the condo was very neat but, upon wiping the excessive water it was clear that the floors were very dirty and the restrooms also required additional cleaning. The condo was well isolated in terms of noise and made for a perfect quiet oasis during my stay. I do recommend that Amelia Vacations invest in upgraded appliances (i.e iron , rusted refrigerator) and commit to maintenance (i.e. touch up paint, new A/C vents, washing curtains and wiping window shutters).

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Highly recommend. Clean, spacious, well appointed. Kitchen well stocked. The location is outstanding in the Omni resort grounds.

Short trip but a good trip

Great location across street from beach. We love Amelia and love riding the bike trails. This condo has direct access to the walking and biking trails. It was pretty hot when we were there but the pool was so refreshing. The condo was nice. The air was not working when we got there but maintenance responded quickly and we found out a new unit was installed that day. The installers responded and fixed the problem and we were cool the rest of the time.
