It all worked out

We enjoyed our stay at this facility. There was only one hitch when we arrived at the check in time of 4:00pm. The office was closed and the phone number on the email confirmation was an invalid number. The thought that we had no way to get into our reserved hotel room was very scary. Luckily we found another resident there who contacted the manager. The manager arrived shortly to help us check in. Later the manager pointed out that there was a contact phone number on the key drop mailbox but we noted there was not a contact phone number on the office door.

Quick getaway

The units are all small apartments with alot more room than a hotel. I reserved a 2bdrm/1ba unit but we were given a 3bdrm/3ba unit. This was more room than we needed, but it was very nice. It was a 2 story unit with 1bdrm on the 1st floor and 2 upstairs which was perfect. There was a full kitchen and dining table for 6, as well as a nice living room with wood burning fireplace. I have never seen this resort on Hotels.com before, and it was cheaper than any hotel room for the weekend.

No one in office. No envelope with our keys as promised. Had to take someone else’s. Booked through Expedia under one name and used other travelers credit card because we were traveling together so may have caused confusion. Called after we were home and asked why our cpap was still there we don’t own cpap had left 2 days before.

Beware

Good location, comfortable beds. Didn’t notice the tile in kitchen was cracked in several places and I cut my foot. All they did was come in and duck tape the tile. Don’t think the floor had been mopped in a while. Stick substance on floor and kitchen counter. Very dated.
