This Econo lodge house been foreclosed by the county because of fire hazard. They should be ashamed that they are not telling the truth. Now I cannot get a refund. Do NOT booked there.

Horrible customer service

The hotel was closed. No info on it being closed. They took my reservation money. But no warning thst it was closed. We arrived in Jackpot and road closed to hotel. Called and the man who answered said you will be reimbursed in 2 weeks. Thats all he said. I had to scramble to find another pet friendly hotel.

It was quiet, things were in working order, I also had the chance to sleep in and they allowed me on the spot to rebook for an extra night without moving rooms.

Notice of violation(s) from the fire department posted on the door to the lobby...citing unsafe building. The adjoining restaurant and casino have been closed for health and/or safety violations. We did not stay.

My room was not clean nightstand had cup marks they didn't even wipe then down., bathroom had broken glass and glass shards on the floor. Staff {front desk} were not professional looking wrinkled t-shirts. Spoke to staff about the room if they would be giving me a credit he points at a sign NO REFUNDS AT CHECK IN! Then I found at there was at latter posted on lobby door dated 4-3-2025 from the county unsafe structures, pest problems and many other things can't remember the rest. my granddaughter took a picture. also, I have pictures of the room. Room was very old and other than rails in the bath it was not handicap friendly. Checked out 2 days early and found other accommodations. Holes in curtains allowed vast amounts of light in from flood lights in courtyard.

Subpar Lodging

The hotel is old and needs a renovation! The rooms are updated a bit, but very basic. The single elevator and hallways are dank with dim lighting. A little spooky. Yes, there is breakfast, but very basic again. I didn't see a pool or ask about one. The perk of this propert is that it is pet friendly and they dont charge outrageous fees for having one either! That was nice because I do travel with my dogs frequently. Front desk was nice, but not very helpful when it came to the problem of key cards not working for the room. I had to go down 3 times before they assigned me to a different room altogether because they couldn't program the key for my initial room. It was a struggle with luggage and dogs to have to keep going up and down in the elevator, and when I called from the second story in hopes he could come to resolve the issue in person, or offer to help knowing I had 2 dogs and luggage, he told me to come down AGAIN. Other than that, if you stay in your room, its okay. But theres no lobby or lounge to hang out in, the casino part of the building is closed, and it's located on a hill away from the main street.

I had to fix the toilet to get it to flush. The rooms and beds need some updating. Even though it says there is a continental breakfast it was closed the whole time I stayed.
