Disliked: Cleanliness
First we were told different booking dates than what we reserved then they corrected it. Place looked nice but there were dead bugs in the corner of the dining room one of the kitchen stools was broken and there was a crack on the glass window by the porch. They did not give us proper directions to the address just the building number no apartment number and there were several stairwells and 2 doors within the building needing keys, one of which took a few minutes to open since the key was worn out.we ran out of hot water one morning while showering and their response was that this was unusual. We could not adjust the heat and it got cold in there. There were no cleaning agents for the kitchen and counters we had to buy our own cleaning supplies. The location was convenient but management is poor and we would not recommend staying there
