部屋はリフォームされたのか、全てが綺麗でした。部屋のお風呂と洗面台は温泉の蛇口と水の蛇口とで分かれていて、お風呂にシャワーヘッドが無く使い辛かったです。バイキングは、夜も朝も郷土料理もあって、とても美味しかったです。フラダンスのショーも、素晴らしいです。

客室はティッシュが硬くて鼻をかむと鼻の下が痛くなりました。 お風呂場に換気がなくて、大丈夫なのかな？と思いました。 フロントでタオルを替えてもらうのに、長い列に並ぶのが寒くて辛かったです。 フロントから見えるところに置いて、自分で取り替えられるようにして欲しいです。 食事は２年前に利用した時より美味しくなっていたような気がします。 60周年、おめでとうございます。 これからも頑張ってください。

プールや温泉まで部屋からすごく遠いい。そして水辺にスマホを持って行きにくいので、ぜひ、ICタグで決算にして欲しい。　ロッカーの位置もわかりにくいのに日によって場所が変わるのはやめて欲しい。履物はNGの場所は滑りにくい素材の敷物を敷いて欲しい。滑って転んだ人いましたよ。 タオル、バスタオルのみフロントで交換してくれるのは知っていてもフロントが遠いい… ルームキーが1つなのも不便。 帰り時間ギリギリまでプールに居るとお風呂に困った。近場の中央大浴場は広くていい湯ですが、身体を洗えないのは困りました。ドライヤーもどこにあるかわからなかったです。　館内のショップや食べ物は満足です。ハワイを感じたかったけど、ショーとホテルの部屋の近くでのみ聴こえたハワイワンソングのみかなぁ。もう少しプールでもハワイアンを聞きたかった。

小学生と中学生をつれての旅行で、年代の違う2人をどう遊ばせるかを心配していたが、中学生はスライダーを制覇し、大満足。小学生は滞在中、プールでほぼ水の中に。子供達は大満足でしたが、食べ物が高かったのが残念。 でもとても楽しかった。

さいたま新都心からの送迎バスを利用しました。楽々行き帰り、ファイアーナイフダンスショー、豪華なバイキングで、十分楽しめました！これはリピートありだと思います。 プールエリア、ショーに行くたびにQRコードをピッてするのですけど、ちょっと面倒に感じました。 あとから見つけたけど、3ヶ月先の早割だとすごいお得なんですね〜。次はこれにします。
