ITXASSOU, C2002: T2: In a new building on the 2nd floor with elevator, this comfortable apartment includes a living room with a sitting area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer), 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 utility room (washing machine), 1 balcony with table and chairs, and 1 parking space.

No pets allowed. Internet access.
No smoking inside.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
