We loved this resort so much we are dreaming about the day we can comeback and stay longer. We felt truly spoiled staying here. A real five star experience. The pools were amazing and the view from the balcony was so beautiful. Everything from the kind staff and delicious buffet breakfast, couldn’t have been more perfect. There were restaurants on site to suit every budget including a little store that sold some snacks and drinks. We ate a couple of times at the soba noodle restaurant and it was great. There are not many places outside of the resort to eat. Even though we had a car, we were happen just relaxing at the resort.

Let me start off by saying that this hotel is some complicated and maybe that is the nature of a resort style hotel but there's a lot of do's and don'ts. Very complicated, with lots of stuff to remember. With that being said let me say this hotel is plush with a touch of opulence if that is what you are looking for. They seem to cater to a wide range of budgets and family types. This hotel is family/kid friendly with multiplie swimming pools, a slide and fountain. But it's also caters to adults without kids having an adult dedicated swimming area in the VIP sections and a lounge where kids are not allowed after 5. Even a restaurant where no kids are allowed period. The property is somewhat sprawling and a little complicated to understand until you've been here for a few days then you get your bearings. The staff is very very attentive. Have you heard of the stories of the cleanliness of Japan? Yes it is all true. You don't have to worry about sanitation and cleanliness, it is prevalent wherever you go and this hotel was clean from top to bottom. Rooms are spacious and have quite a bit of amenities within them. I would take a guess as to say 70% of the rooms have an ocean view of some sort. The concierge works hard to make your wishes come true. There are multiple dining options including two buffets with one of them being for executive lounge guest. This hotel overall is a bit on the pricey side but if you are not impressed then a true resort style vacation is not for you.

Nice hotel out of the town centre

Hotel was very clean and new, dinner restaurants are expensive with minimal variety. Centre pool reserved for “VIP” members was empty throughout our 10 night stay with a premium charge of £75 per person if we wished to spend the day there which is ridiculous. Hotel supplied a free shuttle for a few days to the centre which was nice but don’t understand why they stopped it in prime summer, hotel is pretty far from everything so a taxi isn’t cheap. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but pools hardly had any hammocks. Maybe 15 for the large pool? If you arrived to the pool after 8am you would have no chance of getting one for the day. The rest was all private beds for hire. Complete waste of space when could be used for more hammocks and supply for your regular customers and not aimed at premium people wanting to spend a fortune to spend the day at the pool.

Guest Experience Feedback – Reservation and Check-

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, at the time of check-in, the reservation details were not thoroughly confirmed, and I was initially provided with a room that did not include the extra bed. Fortunately, after I raised the issue, the room was changed and the additional charge(for child) was removed. That said, I was concerned that, had I not noticed and informed the staff, my family of three might have spent the entire seven nights uncomfortably in that room. I kindly suggest that more careful attention be given to verifying reservation details at check-in to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

新しいホテルで沖縄らしい南国リゾートを満喫！

観光で２泊しました。空港からのアクセスは良く車で20-30分ほど。新しいホテルとあって、外観内観ともに綺麗で、南国のリゾート感に溢れています。プールと南国の木々、そして目の前に広がるビーチは沖縄感を満喫できます。そして部屋からの海の眺めと潮の匂いは最高な気分！ブレックファーストは噂通り種類が豊富で味もなかなかでした。お腹いっぱいになっちゃいます（笑）ただ一点、車で行くと宿泊者でも一日毎に駐車料金が取られるのはちょっと残念な気分になります。。。

We stayed at Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Nashiro Beach for three nights and found it to be a great option for families, especially those with young children. The pools and beach were the highlights of our stay. However, do note that the afternoon tide can significantly lower the water level, making swimming less enjoyable during those hours. We visited during a very hot and rainy period, which limited some activities. Breakfast and lunch at the hotel were excellent, with a good variety and quality. That said, if you don’t have a rental car, transportation becomes a challenge,taxis are necessary to reach nearby cities or attractions. A key tip: renting a car in Okinawa requires an International Driver's Permit (IDP), which you must obtain in advance (e.g., from AAA in the U.S.). We were surprised by this requirement and unable to rent a car, which limited our ability to explore the island fully. Additionally, any tours or island visits often need to be booked well in advance, so plan ahead. The hotel caters mostly to families with children. While it’s a very nice property, adults traveling without children may find the atmosphere less relaxing.

Overall nice experience. Staff very friendly, hotel nice, rooms nice. Only complaint is the restaurants close mid afternoon.
