This Hotel is Horrible. It is like the one you see in Horror movies . You better believe it . I am not kidding . Property contidition is Horrible it is not safe at all.I don't understand how actually the authorities allowed him to run as a hotel . I wish i can submit pictures to how you. There is no fridge in the room. Breakfast. They advertised they free breakfast . There is no breakfast. All they give you is Instant coffee. Bread cheese and olives. Thats right olives . And if you want to real breakfast you have to pay . I took pictures of everything and i am responsible for what i am saying. This property is horribles. If you want to vacation to be miserable stay there . I do Not recommend this hotel to everybody.

Great staff, very helpful. Great value for the money paid, in a great location but did have to climb a quite steep hill to reach main area of Istanbul, although only 15 minutes walks with very nice restaurants and atmosphere around. Very clean hotel with decent breakfast, very enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable

Some of the hotel is being renovated, but it was very nice and comfortable. The upper room has a great view! The hotel was easy to find. The workers and owners are all very nice and friendly. I would love to go back.

Dafür dass wir für 3 vollzahlende Person und 1 Baby gebucht haben, gab es nicht ansatzweise Platz für das Babybett. Leider musste das Baby mit im großen Bett schlafen. Sauberkeit steht auf jedenfall nicht an erster Stelle bei denen und das Frühstück einseitig. Vieles musste man noch extra zahlen obwohl man schon für das Frühstück gezahlt hat. Für Kaffe,Toast und Rührei musste man ein halbes vermögen zusätzlich zahlen. Die Dame der Rezeption war eine so tolle Person, sie hat versucht und unsere Zeit so schön wie möglich zu gestalten und nur deshalb bin ich geblieben.

Zum ersten mal in mein leben, wurde mein Zimmer, an jemand anderes leben vermietet, obwohl Ich noch private Sachen I'm Zimmer haben und und Ich nicht ausgecheckt habe, Sehr gefaerlich Treppe, besonders fuer Leute, die Kinder haben. Wegen der Gefahr fuer meines Kind, bin Ich in ein kleines Zimmer gewechselt und hatte Ich ca 140 EURO bekommen sollte, (preis unterschied). Sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Personeel is aardig. Hotel voldoet niet aan wat het belooft o.a. 1. Geen dagelijkse schoonmaak, na steeds vragen werd 1 maal de handdoeken gewisseld. 2: Bedden werden niet opgemaakt en verschoond. 3. Geen kluis op de kamer. 4. Geen massagedouche. 5. Stopcontacten zaten los, ik heb het met tape vastgezet. 6. Gordijnrail was los van het plafond. 7. Deur naar de badkamer was ongeveer 1.60 mtr hoog. 8. Plafond was bijna 2 mtr hoog. 9. Zeer gehorig. Wij konden de buren (Personeel?)woordelijk verstaan. 10. wij waren de enige gasten. 11. Deur naar het hotel was altijd op slot. 12. De receptie alie bestaat uit een eenvoudig bureau. 13. Drinkwater moesten we zelf kopen. 14. Al ons afval werd niet geleegd. 15. Heel matig ontbijt met alleen thee. 16. Één man van de receptie kon amper Engels spreken en of verstaan. Wat goed is: 1. Dhr. Erhan was bijzonder vriendelijk en sprak ook redelijk Engels. 2. De WIFI. 3. De lokatie.

Ich habe bedenken gehabt, als ich die Bilder vom Hotel gesehen hab und das Hotel kaum Bewertungen hatte. Aber als wir im Hotel angekommen sind war alles perfekt. Das komplette Personal war über freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr zentral. Es hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Die Rezeption ist wirklich rund um die Uhr besetzt. Ich kann das Hotel jedem nur empfehlen, es ist besser wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel.

Wir waren so enttäuscht, dass wir nicht einmal eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht haben und uns nach einer anderen Unterkunft umgesehen haben. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf gar keinen Fall. Es ist zudem in einer fürchterlichen Gegend. Es ist eine Frechheit, dass dieses Hotel auf dieser als hervorragend bewertet wurde.
