The primary Sudanese receptionist was exceptional in his service and hospitality. He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay. All the staff were helpful and very kind. Clean rooms, nice balcony view and perfect location close to the river.

The supervisor, Mwafaq and the owner were good and friendly. If it weren't for them then the stay would not have been tolerable. The rooms' walls have a lot of mold that needs to be addressed. The overall and detailed cleanliness is lacking. We stayed for 5 days and did not receive the promised spare keys nor the safety box keys nor did the requested fixing in the room. At check-in, they did not find the second room's reservation with Hotel.com claiming that Hotel.com did not inform their agent - Expedia - of the booking and that all rooms were occupied and full. After waiting for close to half an hour they still were not able to find the booking but gave me the second room I had already paid for.

Very attentive staff for whom no request was too much trouble. Great location for the Ortakoy waterfront. No elevator which may be a problem for some. Overall, very good value for money. 👍

Great place, we recommend!

Everything was great! A bit chilly, but could be heated with air conditioning. The handle of the washing machine was broken, they fixed it for us, but the machine still did not work. Cleaning on request, don't forget to leave the key at the reception if you need cleaning. Excellent value for money and quality! We'll definitely be back!

Very nicely located. I enjoyed the room and the lovely balcony. A cat stayed there on the balcony my whole stay. She was sweet. There is no elevator so be aware if travelling with heavy bags. Bellman will help.
