Yousaf was amazing the facilities were good we had mom with us who was limited in walking we were on 4th floor the lift helped so much the room was clean and cleaned every day to a high standard water towels and anything else was provided really well the places to visit were nearby and it’s was a very good location for us to shop and go to Istaklali and blue masjid Galat tower grand bazaar all was so close

The elevator barely fits two people, no space for luggage, rude and mean staff. I booked a room for four, I wasn’t provided a blanket and said they are short staffed and can’t bring the blanket and I fact there are no extra ones. I said I didn’t ask for extra, I booked for four proper and the sofa bed has no blanket. A guest came to meet me and he was treated rudely and told to leave with one hour. If there were less then a zero star, I’dve give that. No exhaust in the bathroom, the room stinks.

a very nice little Hotel. Very good location near to Taksin square but enough distance to be more quiet. Very serviceable people. The breakfast there isn't in the roof like the picture in the site, there is on -1 roof, nice breakfast but they don' t change it so after two days....no more.

Really nice stay - couple of issues with air con/heater and a problem with the lift one day. But very comfortable and in a great location.

Fabulous location just off Taksim Square and a short walk from Taksim Funicular, retro tram to Tünel and the Havaist Airport bus stop. Don’t book run of the house deals or cheapest rooms as you literally get the smallest room and nowhere to put luggage. Worth paying the little extra for deluxe rooms as double the size! Staff are v friendly and helpful.

Disappointing

When I booked the hotel it said non-smoking. Our room had a very strong smell of cigarette and in the middle of the night the couple in the room next to ours started smoking. Tons of smoke came inside our room because there was a door dividing the rooms. It was terrible. It’s definitely a place where non-smoking policy is not enforced. The walls are very thin, we could hear everything from the room next to ours. The hotel is close to a good area however the street where the hotel is at didn’t make me feel very safe. There’s an abandoned building next to it and a small green area in front of it full of trash and homeless people 😔
