A hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul

The hotel is literally perfect especially the location being right in the middle of everything. All touristy areas were within a maximum of 20min walk. The rooms were large and very cozy, powerful aircon for those hot summer months, bedding is very comfortable and clean. At night there was zero noise from outside, windows must have been sound proof. The bathroom is spacious with plent of space to put your stuff by the sink. The staff were amazing, right from checking in till the very end, they were friendly and went out of their way to help. Special shout out to the staff at breakfast especially Shams Aldin who is literally just the kindest! He remembered what we get for breakfast and would bring it to our table as soon as you sat down and when we finished, he would bring me and my mom turkish coffee to enjoy with the view at the terrace, we looked forward to breakfast because of how pleasant his character is. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel and I will certainly come back here if I'm in Istanbul again!

Great hotel

Hotel location is excellent. Near to Blue Mosque and lots of restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent just enough choice. Terrace restaurant of hotel is beautiful. Deluxe room is sea view and spacious.

The staff was very helpful and the property was very clean. However, I paid quite a bit extra for a 'sea-view' room and was given a 'tree-view' room. So disappointed. The hotel was not full so I asked why we were not given a different room. I was told it was because we wanted two twin beds (which was given as an option). Well, in that case, give me the price for a non-sea-view room, or move the beds around! The breakfast was beautiful. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor and has amazing views of the sea. Unfortunately, when we went there around 3pm it was so hot we could not enjoy our time. I guess the cost of AC in the restaurant is too much for them. I would stay there again, but not in room 502. They said they asked the city to trim the tree, but the city did not. Not my fault.

Excellent location 3 minute walk from T1 tramway station. Clean room, shower, sheets. Daily house keeping. Great daily breakfast at top floor. Modern elevators available most of the time but can lag by a minute during high demand. Very helpful staff reachable 24/7 by phone. Whenever A/C goes off you need to call the front desk to turn it back on.
