Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend I visited this hotel with my mother and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff were strange and unhelpful. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures advertised online – very misleading. The biggest issue was hygiene. On the first night, I was bitten by bed bugs. I showed the bites to the staff, but they did nothing about it. The mattresses are clearly very old, and the washrooms had visible mold. Breakfast was the same every morning with limited options, and no one spoke fluent English, which made communication very difficult. There is an older man working at the hotel who was particularly rude. When I asked him to change our room, he ignored me and acted as if he couldn't hear. His behavior was completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. This hotel is extremely outdated, and I strongly believe other guests may also experience issues like bed bugs. Please don’t be fooled by the photos or some of the reviews. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Esta muy bien ubicado, pero falta limpieza y mantenimiento, el baño estaba bastante roto,y el colchon tenia mas de 100 años, o sentias que te ibas por un lado. Lo bueno es todo esta cerca y caminando puedes ir hacia los monumentos o coger el bus al aeropuerto.

Just don’t go there. 43o & a/c not working. Asked for it to be fixed but nothing was done. The room was the size of a match box with no windows. Sweat box. We suffered badly till we left. Nothing good to say about this place.

Do not stay here. It was a terrible experience, starting before we even entered the room. The room itself was not clean at all the beds were dirty and we found roaches in the bathroom. The only positive of this stay was it was walkable to the many sites.
