Je suis arrivée samedi 16 en ayant fait ma réservation sur hotels.com et je les ai appelé par la suite pour confirmer. Il n'avait plus de chambres et j'ai tout de même ete prélevé et je n'ai pas été remboursé. Le Monsieur à la réception à ete très agressif envers moi il ne ma pas aide à trouver une solution il ne sest pas excuse il dit ne pas utiliser internet que cetait de ma faute. Je trouve ça intolérable c'est du vol. Jai séjourné dans cette Hotel une semaine auparavant c'est très sale le personnel est odieux et il n'y a pas de ménage fait meme si vous leur donner les clef. Je déconseille très très fortement.
