There is a lift yes, but not from ground floor. Have to climb a set of stairs to get to the 1st floor, where the lift is, however the lift doesn’t stop at every floor. The list is too small to accommodate a normal wheelchair, so I had to get out of my chair and be held up. Our room is 6th floor, but lift doesn’t stop there, 5th or 7th sir? Which would you like? 😡. So then I had to come down a flight of stairs on my backside. The room was so small, I couldn’t use my wheelchair, absolute shambles!
Thank feck we’re only here 1 night. Email to ‘Hotels.com’ when I get back. They sold this is a wheelchair accessible room.
