The staff is unbelievable They are so accommodating and make you feel at home. I had a unique situation in the hospital here in Turkey. They did everything they could to make things convenient and comfortable, and they were extremely compassionate. My heart goes out to Aga Politely asked me if I was OK every day when I returned from the hospital He treats all his guests in the same manner . Aside from the staff, the area is extremely convenient. Has a restaurant and shopping as well as a metro station and a Mararary station that can get you to all the sites. I would stay here over the Torrist areas Especially if you’re going to be here for a while I was here for 20 days

The recepionist all are great . Especialy mr Mohamet . He is professional human well educated . Serving and greetinf as if he knows me for 50 years . Breakfast was good . Clean very very clean and quiet

Hotel location is convenient because it's in the middle of a busy shopping area with nearby Metro station. The hotel itself is okay but I found staff not to be helpful, understanding or respectful to their guests. On the first night of my stay I reported to the recipients that the AC in my room was not working, he said I had to wait until the next day. The next I approached the reception again and reminded them of the problem. They sent someone who identified the problem to be with the remote controller for the AC, He showed me how to turn the AC on without the remote and promised to bring me a working one. To the day of my checkout nobody mentioned a word about the problem and I had only two settings on the AC, ON & OFF. I would not stay there again if didn't have to.

Good Value for Money

The front desk staff was welcoming and accommodated us with early check-in. The breakfast is served individually and has good selection of cheese, bread and spreads. The only shortcoming is limited knowledge of English language of the person serving breakfast. The housekeeping needs a bit of attention. Inspite of being a boutique hotel they were generous in providing the toiletries.

Wir waren zum 2 ten mal in diesem Hotel es ist ruhig auch Zentral vom Flughafen Sabiha Gökcen kann man es mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut erreichen die Haltestelle ist auch ganz nah. Immer wieder gerne auch Preisleistung super.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich bis auf eine Ausnahme. Morgens würde immer ein sauberes Handtuch und Badetuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Reinigung hat stattgefunden, aber war gerade so ausreichend. Fingerabdrücke/flecken/ staub waren vom Vorbesucher noch da. Die Einrichtung Ansicht modern, aber leider sehr runtergekommen. Die Glastür zum Bad war unten an der Scharniere kaputt, man hatte Angst die Tür auf und zu zumachen. Im großen und ganzen war es naja bis Ok. Nur zum schlafen hat es gereicht. Wir kamen nachts um 03:00 Uhr und sind um 08:00 Uhr wieder losgezogen. Das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung nach Ansichtssache, Auswahl ist da ja, aber mehr Quantität als Qualität.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter aber Die Zimmer sind sehr schalldicht, die Leute im Nebenzimmer sind deutlich zu hören, das war schlimm, ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden.
