Great Stay

The Hotel is very good positioned, nice view and very gentle people. Every wish was handle immediately from the very friendly staff. The food was very delicious and more than enough.

Weekend da favola

Salve , struttura incantevole, partendo dall'accoglienza della reception, ottima, villaggio curato, servizio di tutto lo staff eccellente dai bagnini, i camerieri gli chef, la SPA ai manutentori, ottima cucina anche priva di glutine, animazione eccellente insomma giudizio positivissimo per tutto.

Location Best, ma proposte culinarie da migliorare

Location Magnifica, personale cortese con camera che presentava letto bambino con rete sfondata, puzza di chiuso e bagno Lillipuziano. Quello che non si comprende però è la scarsa qualità della selezione gastronomica, incompatibile con stand della struttura. P.S. Gli ospiti vanno coccolati anche a tavola!!!

Posizione buona ma non all'altezza di un 4 stelle

Appena arrivati eravamo in quattro con due camere una camera era gia' occupata. Allora ci dicono che bisogna aspettare che puliscano una camera libera. Perlomeno questa camera era vivibile mentre l'altra non ti muovevi, il bagno come aprivi la finestra si staccava la parete della doccia. Abbiamo chiesto che ci venisse data una camera decente ma ci e' stato risposto che le doppie erano cosi' mentre ai nostri amici era capitata una tripla ( non so dove avrebbero messo un terzo letto????). Di quattro stelle questo resort ha solo l'animazione l'unica cosa non deludente con dei ragazzi molto in gamba.

UNA STELLA.......E NON QUATTRO!.

La ns vacanza ha inizio il 20/08, il ceck-in ore 14, arriviamo alle 15,30 e la camera non è pronta, ci dicono di avere un po di pazienza! L'impatto è positivo, bellissima hall, villaggio molto ben curato, vista mozzafiato, piscine bellissime, spiaggia piccola, mare pulito. I ragazzi dell'animazione ci accolgono con bevande fresche dal dispenser! Finalmente alle 17,35 ci viene assegnata la camera ma entriamo in camera alle 18 per mancanza di carrello o macchinina elettrica per trasporto bagagli! Entriamo in camera e notiamo che gli dei sono scappati: sporca, mancano i cuscini e le grucce, asciugamani che puzzano, odore di muffa, stanza umida, in frigo troviamo una pesca ormai parcheggiata da 10 gg completamente marcia e con tutto lo scolo che sporca frigo e pavimento! decidiamo di andare in piscina, intanto sistemano la camera! In piscina è obbligatorio l'uso della cuffia, compriamo la cuffia ma ahimè scopriamo che la maggior parte degli ospiti partenopei non rispettano la regola, il bagnino li riprende ma la maleducazione persiste! Andiamo a cena dove regna il caos totale, file per prendere da mangiare, il cibo indecente, peggio di una caserma militare, pesce congelato, intrugli di avanzi, mangiare dozzinale, pasta scotta, ecc ecc. Siamo andati via un giorno prima per mal di stomaco e dissenteria!!

Posizione splendida, qualche cosa da migliorare

Villaggio in posizione panoramica, con in primo piano la fortezza aragonese di Le Castella. Soggiornato in mezza pensione con moglie e figlio diciottenne.Il primo contatto, il check-in, fa scappare la voglia di averlo scelto; si arriva stanchi del volo o del viaggio, accaldati, e ci si ritrova intruppati in una fila interminabile alla reception, in un caldo soffocante; il personale della reception deve soddisfare anche le esigenze di chi nel villaggio c'è già e quindi fa quello che può, comunque con cortesia. Passato questo poco simpatico obbligo, il gradimento aumenta progressivamente. Il villaggio è immerso in un parco curatissimo, non c'è una foglia fuori posto, la camera è bella, ben climatizzata, pulita, forse avremmo gradito un bollitore ma in Italia usa poco. Non abbiamo frequentato le piscine, ma sono senz'altro grandi e pulite. Animazione molto attiva ma non molesta. Spiaggia molto bella con qualche difficoltà, specie nei primi giorni, a trovare posto al mattino. Servizio di ristorazione molto vario e curato nella preparazione dei cibi, in particolare i dolci. Spesso però, in particolare a colazione e a cena nei dolci, mancato o tardivo rifornimento per cui se si arriva un po' dopo l'apertura ci deve accontentare di ciò che resta. Personale sempre cortese. Check-out indolore. In sostanza, una buona vacanza che ripeterei e consiglierei.

Bello ma rumoroso

Resort è molto bello esteticamente e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ma il cibo è di livello molto basso (avanzi riproposti per diversi giorni!!!). Ulteriore inconveniente è l'organizzazione di matrimoni o feste di compleanno all'interno della struttura con fuochi di artificio anche in ore notturne: per esempio la prima notte siamo stati svegliati dal rumore ASSORDANTE all'una....con bambino spaventato e disperato ..... Il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque buono.
