We had the best time at this beach house for a family gathering! The rooms were large, the beds very comfortable. Extremely easy walk to a beautiful beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were many areas for our family to hang out and chat!Very easy to reach location and the owner was very helpful and communicative! Amazing place!

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the sun room in particular. A lovely place to sit, relax and visit. The neighborhood felt safe and the walk to the beach was enjoyable.

It's a lovely house in beautiful surroundings.It is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay enjoyable.We were only 3 but it could definitely hold 6 comfortably and with enough kitchenware to serve everyone.It is a lovely short walk to the beach and we felt safe at all times.It is also a great short distance to Charleston by car if you want some "city time" while your there.The host was incredibly prompt in answering questions and very friendly.We would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Upon arriving or our month stay, the residence appeared to be in the condition described. However, after looking around, we found a few areas that were in unclean and poor condition. The worst of it was a skylight/shade directly over the Masterbedroom king bed. The shade was broken/sagging down and accumulated dust/insects were obvious. As this was the master bedroom, we were shocked that the owners who stay there at different times had not had this fixed/cleaned. We contacted the agent (who was very good at communicating with us) and he offered to have it cleaned, repaired, or replaced. There were some other issues that were minor compared to this. We decided not to have the skylight/shade worked on as it was a complicated fix with the large king bed underneath. Also, my wife has serious repiratory issues and disturbing that would have caused her distress. Other than that, we found the residence very comfortable and the location was excellent, and communicating with the agent was quick and easy.

Family Beach Getaway

The property was spacious, quiet and just what we needed to relax. Definitely a quick walk to the beach and Robert took extra care to make sure that we were aware of any equipment rentals we may need during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels in the rooms and bathrooms. The only inconvenience we experienced was the WiFi going out on the last night of our stay, but we were so busy with other activities that we really didn’t notice it. Checkout procedure was simple and straightforward. We would definitely consider coming back to the property in the future.

My stay at a beautiful home in Isle of Palms was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with an immaculately clean space that instantly felt welcoming. Beach fun at Isle of Palms

We book this home with great excitement to spend time together with family that lives elsewhere. We have in the past rented homes on other area beaches, this home was just as wonderful as homes in the past.The home has all the conveniences, comfortable beds, outside shower, quick walk to the beach. We loved it!

Place was clean, however very outdated. The master bedroom had several large windows that did not have any shades which was very bright early in the morning. This would be an issue for people wanting to sleep late.Location was very good, close to the beach.I would suggest changing out the two single beds for queens.

great location for beach stay

The home is very spacious and could accommodate more than six if needed. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes. Proximity to the beach is excellent; just a short (5 min) walk. The host is very responsive and the area is peaceful and quiet.
