Charming Island house! Pet Friendly (fee), Screen Porch. New stainless appliances. Golf Cart (fee & waiver). Close to the ocean and 5 minute walk to public beach access. All new reservation (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life!
Relax in the living room with flat-screen TV, den, and 2 front verandas, all with ample seating. The fully stocked kitchen features new stainless appliances and an island with additional bar seats.
There are 4 bedrooms total; 3 located in the main house and 1 located in the new mother-in-law suite. This suite has a separate entrance and features a mini kitchen, full size bed, and full bathroom. The master has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is furnished with 2 twin beds, and bedroom 4 with a queen bed. The additional two guest rooms share a full bathroom at the end of the hall upstairs. The 1/2 bath is easily accessible off of the kitchen.
Large screened porch with a TV looks out on the huge fenced in backyard with new turf. The house is the perfect beach getaway for kids and pups to play and run around. Lounge with a cool beverage on the 2nd floor deck for afternoon sun. Fire up the gas grill to prepare your family meal. Kayak available with signed waiver.

A perfect IOP vacation!
