Great House and stay! Wish the check-in process was keyless entry / self check in instead of having to pick up keys from reality office. That part seems a bit outdated, but very minor. All an all, great place, clean and as advertised. property manager communication and assistance was great.

Wild Dunes stay

This is a very nice house and seems true to the listing description. Several things could use updating. The gas grill is very dirty and extremely rusty. We were unable to use it. Several of the mattresses are very worn out. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with dishes but does net even have salt and pepper. The dishwasher racks fall out when pulled out to load. Since I’ve stayed in quite a few houses on VRBO and AirB&B this is the 1st one that didn’t over impress me with how well stocked it was. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Stay, Excellent Communication

This property is beautiful, and the location in the gated community is fantastic. Only a couple minutes' walk to the golf course, beach, and pool. The communication by Island Realty was flawless and check in and check out were quick and easy.

Would have been nice to have a few amenties like garbage bags, paper towels, napkins, dish soap in addition to dishwasher soap. Also soap for the restrooms. Or maybe have guests bring personal soaps. Also salt and pepper.We did enjoy our stay

Huge home in perfect location

We absolutely loved this house. Island Realty was. Very easy to work with and great communication. We saw alligators, turtles, various birds, and deer in the back yard. Balconies on almost every room. The furniture and beds were super comfy. Only suggestions - the cleaners need to vacuum between the couch cushions, they were full of sand! Also we could t figure out how to get an Uber past the gate so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage to catch our airport ride. It would have been great if that info was provided in the welcome packet. Also they need to get door locks with e codes so you don’t have to drop off your keys on your way to the airport. But small issues overall and we would stay there again

Been coming to WD since 1985, missing only a few HUGO years, and every year since 1992. Been in about every location but now in Ocean Point houses. The whole family comes and we make it our time together. Our youngest grandchild is 4 and the oldest is 28. They all love it.

Amazing spot!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and had the best time. The house was spotless, and was in a convenient location to the beach and pool. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet as well. Enough rooms to fit 10 of us very comfortably with plenty of extra space. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

Our entire family, kids and grandkids, had a great stay at this beautiful home. It was furnished beautifully, had plenty of room and an easy walk to the beach. We had a little trouble with the washing machine, we called and they sent someone right away. Beautiful place and would definitely go back

Great Stay!

The home was beautiful, minutes from the beach and golf courses. It had plenty of space and a great back porch and backyard overlooking a driving range. Everyone in my group was comfortable and happy. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Great space and gorgeous view!

Overall the property was beautiful and well equipped. I brought a few kitchen tools from home expecting the kitchen to be bear bones but was surprised to find everything I needed to cook for my family. The home was clean and organized. The one thing I would suggest is pressure washing the outside of home. The stairs leading up to entry were green with mold or something. We loved our stay and would definitely consider renting again!

Great property. Very clean and well maintained.

Awesome- check in and out was very convenient. Great location for the older guys considering the 1st tee was only 50 yds away. Only thing I would do is put some skid proof additive in the paint next time refinishing the steps from front door to the driveway. Very slippery when condensation is on the steps.

Beautiful Property

This property is amazing. Close to a secluded beach. The decks sunroom are very relaxing. The only problem we ran into was check out. The office was closed and we needed to drop off the keys.

Gorgeous Home...Great Location

Home was just as depicted on the site. You can hear the ocean from the bedrooms that face the lagoon which was amazing. And there is a sweet sunroom off the kitchen. I would recommend Island Realty provide a few more amenities for guests to really improve the experience: namely trash bin liners and laundry and dishwasher soap. I don't typically pack these items and it was a bummer to have to purchase them. The home is stripped between visits so where you might expect condiments like salt and pepper or olive oil or pam or other non-perishables from other guests, there is nothing like that so pack and plan accordingly--I am hoping that items that are left find good homes otherwise, it's pretty wasteful. Also, no hair dryers in bathrooms as I recall like we've found in other properties, so again, put that on your list. The clean up requirements were standard, nothing exceptional and nothing we'd not had to do at any another vrbo rental--chores were easy to do and we were happy to help. Again, the home is gorgeous, nicely appointed, clean and well-maintained. Walking to beach was easy. Checking in and out was also simple and straightforward. Would highly recommend.

Nice vacation home

Great location and nice house. The house had plenty of room for our family of 10. The one bedroom has to be accessed through another bedroom and bathroom which could be a little awkward but we just put the teens in those rooms so it worked just fine. Plenty of parking and close to the pool and beach access.
