Cosy and quirky 2 bedroom upper apartment in the heart of Lamlash, Arran, steps away from the beach, with stunning uninterrupted views of the holy isle and bay. Our flat is situated close to all amenities including a supermarket and pubs/restaurants within walking distance.
The space
The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed ,wood-burning stove and dining table. The Kitchen is equipped with Oven/hob, Microwave, Nespresso machine, Kettle, Fridge & Washer/Dryer. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed. The smaller box room bedroom has a built in alcove cabin style double bed. This first floor flat has a shared entrance hall and its accessed by a staircase. We also have a smart TV, wifi and USB charging ports in the bedrooms and living room. The Shower room has small shower unit with toilet and wash hand basin.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Rest and recovery on Arran

Clean and well located property with fabulous views across Holy isle. Comfy beds and peaceful location with easy access from main road. Walking distance to a number of pubs and hotels serving food but also within a short drive of Brodick. Accomodation facikities are spot on for a short stay and no proble a parking. Nicely decorated apartment with nice personal touches.

We had a great stay in This Is The Place, fantastic sunrises, wonderful for wildlife spotting and great location for exploring Arran. Loved the Wes Anderson touches!
