Beautiful waterfront cabin on exclusive gated Bill's Island. You will feel right at home while enjoying the surrounding beauty of the area. The cabin is situated on a 3/4 acre wooded lot and is beautifully furnished and decorated. If you are familiar with the area, this property has a lot of history. This cabin is on the lot where IP Bill, for whom the island is named after, had built his cabin. We like to think he chose the very best spot on the island to build his personal cabin.

If you enjoy water activities, just step out the door to the shores of Island Park Reservoir. Enjoy fishing, boating, canoeing and swimming on our private, new dock. If hitting the trails is your thing, you have access to hundreds and hundreds of miles of ATV trails. Nearby rivers provide plenty opportunities for fly fishing and rafting and it's only 30 minutes to the beauty of West Yellowstone.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a fireplace and sitting area with a gorgeous view. It also has it's own access to the deck overlooking Island Park Reservoir. The master bathroom has a free standing tub and digitally controlled steam shower. There is also a fog free mirror and sink in the shower.

There are two bedrooms upstairs. Each of the bedrooms have a king size bed and two twin built in bunks over the king bed. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with a double sink vanity and shower. There is also a loft area upstairs overlooking the great room and a beautiful view of the lake.

In the basement, there are two bedrooms each with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. Each of the bathrooms have double vanities and a shower. There is also a bunk room in the basement with three sets of built in bunks. This room is our tribute to our old cabin which was on this lot. We salvaged the wood from that cabin and used it on the walls of the bunkroom. This room is so fun for kids and all bunks have reading lights, power outlets with USBs and nooks for keeping personal belongings. There is a bathroom adjacent to the bunkroom which can also be used while enjoying the family room.

The family room has a fireplace, 72" TV, a foosball table, ping pong table and a shuffleboard table. It is the perfect gathering place to play games or hang out after a fun day on the lake. Just adjacent to the family room is the theater. The theater seats 10 and is the perfect place to watch a movie on the 150" screen.

On the main floor, you can access the mud room from the deck, the garage or the laundry room. There is plenty space to store all your gear in the 12 built in lockers. The laundry room has double washers and dryers and a swimsuit spinner to keep dry your suit quickly.

You will love cooking and preparing meals in the kitchen with a 64" Kucht gas range, double ovens and plenty of refrigerator space in the main fridge and an extra just off the kitchen. The giant island seats 8 people and the dining table seats 14.

The great room is... "great!" The enormous windows provide views of the lake that are incredible, especially the sunset over the west shore. The fireplace and 84" TV make it the perfect place to hang out and relax. There is also a powder bath just off the great room in the entry.

But you will probably spend most of your time on the gorgeous wrap around covered deck. There is an area that is uncovered in front of the great room so you can enjoy some sun. While soaking in the hot tub on the deck, look to the west and watch everyone playing on the lake or the beautiful sunsets. Or turn around and enjoy the fireplace and TV. You can't go wrong relaxing in the hot tub. There is also a BBQ grill, griddle, and outdoor refrigerator on the deck. There is access to the great room, dining room, kitchen and mud room from the deck.

There cannot be any gatherings of more than 15 people on the property. This is in accordance with the county rental limit on the home, and also in consideration of the neighbors.
